Last year I did my due diligence and researched companies to have an A/C installed in my home and decided since this was a service that was backed by Costco it would be a reputable company, what a mistake!! I had the unit installed and was happy for the cool relief from the summer heat and thought all was well. When I went to turn the heat on in the fall, the furnace would not turn on.
