I cannot overstate how absolutely terrible my experience has been with this HVAC company. From start to finish, it has been a nightmare. They installed a brand-new unit which failed almost immediately, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they strung me along for weeks with excuse after excuse. Had a York furnace still under Warranty from manufacturer for parts - these guys told me they can’t help with the labor unless they sell me a new part - total scammers

We bought the house which had old AC, Furnace and leaking boiler. So we decided to change it all to new energy efficient units. We made our research and decided to proceed with installation of Lennox AC & Furnace through Costco. Costco connected us with The HVAC Service who installed everything on April 18, 2023 for over $20K. I was not happy with the way my requests were handled. I was promised photos of the work done and I never received them.
