I have lived here going on 4 years now and I have had nothing but problems. My A/C does not go below 85 even if it is 80 degress outside. I have had this problem for 3 years. I have put in many many requests to have it fixed and they come and change my filter or add free-on and still with them doing so the problem doesn't go away. I asked last year that they take a look at my insulation and anything else with the unit.
