Debbie was phenomenal! She worked with my family every step of the way, supporting us in finding vendors we needed, solving problems that came up, and checking in to provide support when needed. She was very transparent about her pricing strategy and negotiation process. Always completely professional and knows the Durham market so well. We are thrilled with our buyers and the sale.
