Good coaching and programming. Without was challenging but doable and scaled for all levels.

I worked out here with Jeff about 4x weekly for almost 5 years before relocating to Niagara Falls. I miss The Locker family . I hae tried two other places. Neither was as fun or rewarding. Give it a try and stick with it.
