Beautiful decor. Friendly attentive service. Food is delicious and the portion sizes are generous, so I hope you come hungry.
Service is a bit slow, especially when empty but the ambiance of the place is nice. Nice display, but makes it hard for certain servers to find specific bottles if they're not placed on the rack properly. Would have ordered something off the menu, but it seemed that the staff were not attentive enough to take an order in a timely manner with how empty the place was.

The power went out in Cle Elum while staying in Suncadia and we were scrambling for a place to eat dinner. Ellensburg was a bit of a drive, but The Huntsman Tavern was 100% worth it. Great drinks, very tasty food with fast and friendly service. I ordered the steak was delicious and cooked correctly. Wife ordered the buttermilk fried chicken and gravy, which was also legit. I would definitely come here again and recommend to others.
