Really disappointing for the price. I ordered the $58 14 oz ribeye rare, and the steak I received was extremely thin—around half an inch thick and even thinner in places. At that thickness, there was really no way to cook it properly rare, and it felt much more like a $20 steak than a nearly $60 one. This is Ellensburg's more "upscale" steakhouse. I've been here three times now. The first two times my experience was positive, but most recently our experience was a surprise disaster. When the bartender took our order he tried to memorize it without writing it down. My Caesar salad was forgotten until I asked about it when my meal came out. Took my wife here for her birthday wanting to have a nice dinner out. I saw the plate prices and thought they must have it all together. Couldn’t have been more disappointed. Service was fine but the food missed by a mile. My wife’s steak was overcooked, both steaks lacked any amount of proper seasoning, and I can get a cup of steamed broccoli at Red Robin if I want.
