I rented for ~18 months Pros: -The proximity to Creekside makes this a great location -Maintenance is responsive and helpful -Probably more sound-proof than most other apartment buildings you will find -All the staff I dealt with were great, especially Mitch and Victoria in the leasing office. Cons: Only reason this isn't a 5-star review is you will not get your entire security deposit back. We have lived here for three years. Quite location and within walking distance of a lot of things. Great running trails and close to creekside.

Great location near Creekside. When I moved in earlier this month, the apartment was clean and freshly painted. No maintenance issues. Nice neighbors. Mitch and his management team are great and have quickly responded anytime I’ve contacted them.

Been living here almost 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasant. The area is safe and enjoyable with multiple outlets to visit. The apartment staff is attentive to our requests and Mitch has answered my call right away or has called me back in a timely manner when requested.

I lived here almost three years. My experience has been mostly pleasant. The area was perfect at first for me. It's quite and in close proximity to creekside and a ton of parks. The maintenance staff was friendly and responsive.
