Having to wait over an hour to talk to a representative about where I need to make my monthly truck payments is asinine!
Every time I call I get a different answer. They have $511.34 of my money and say they owe it to me. Yet I am never able to get it do to issues. I have been told I would get a call back from management 4 times and never received a call back. Avoid this company at all cost.
