This is a very great office. I had all my teeth plus the wisdom teeth removed in one session and I wish I hadn’t been so scared before! They took care of me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was so scared of the pain for so long, but I had worse headaches than what I experienced during and after my procedure here. I barely even had bruising! So, if anybody is scared and you end up reading this comment, don’t wait anymore! You will be so happy you did.
We had 3 consultations w other oral surgeons closer to home but once we met Dr Singer we knew we had found the best choice for my daughter. He was comforting, understanding, empathetic, gentle, and truly listened to consider all of her concerns. Now here we are barely 13 hours post op (all 4 impacted wisdom teeth were surgically removed under IV sedation) and she has minimum pain and no bleeding. She was anxious, fearful and now she’s grateful. The staff was amazing as well. Highly recommended!
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at Huntington and the whole experience was fantastic. This was something I’d put off for way too long, mostly because I’m absolutely terrified of dentists and any kind of oral work. From the first consult through surgery and follow-up, the entire team was professional, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. i didn’t have my procedure here thankfully!! But i came for my consultation and the service was decent from the main receptionist but poor from other staff. They were talking a patient or something which was unprofessional because they are easily heard from the waiting room. I also waited a long time simply for the consultation despite having an appointment. Dr Muller is incredible! I would recommend seeing him at the Huntington Woods office instead :)
Whoever answers the phone there is extremely rude and short with patients and referring dentists. Someone should let her know it costs nothing to be kind.
