Dr. Mueller extracted two of my teeth today. I had been a patient at the Grand Blanc office. Unfortunately, it closed and I went to the West Bloomfield location. He, and his staff, are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Not even kidding the rudest staff I’ve ever spoken too. Called needing a consultation to get wisdom teeth removed and before I could explain that my insurance referred me to their office the woman on the phone cut me off and explained that she would need a referral and x-rays. Couldn’t get a word in for minutes or explain a thing without her aggressively speaking over me so I just hung up after trying to say goodbye and her still speaking over me. Wish I got her name, I’m sure others there are lovely.
Doctor and staff were great. It is super lame that you can't pay for anything online, though.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. There was a very short wait time. I was there for a consult with Dr. Rombach and he was also very kind and I felt that he is very good at what he does I am not sure I feel confident in the doctor because in the five minutes he explained the surgery, I had to remind him of my disease, which is why I need dental surgery, but more importantly, how different it will affect me.
