Disturbingly bad service. Wife booked in to discuss options to order a custom ring. Scott did not offer any advise or help, was short rude and abrupt and it was as if we were inconvenience to him. Only help was that we will take our business elsewhere. Never to return again. Not good enough!!!!!
I had 2 rings reset. The staff were very helpful and designed exactly what I had in my mind. The end results were magnificent. Thank you. Highly recommended.
