This review is my first experience in the store. I was greeted right away when walking in even though the associate was with another customer. She took her time to make sure that I was acknowledged. That was key for me to stay and do business with them. The store is clean, well organized, and has lots of beautiful pieces. I encourage everyone to go in and take a look. Horrible customer service and a complete rip off! I believe this place is extremely fraudulent do not trust their quotes they say one thing and charge double! Absolutely disgusting retailer!!!!

Terrible jewelry! Husband has bought several pieces off them, and when I had a diamond fall out, the woman laughed. I didn’t even wear it all the time. Not a bring it in and we’ll accommodate you or even a sorry . A bracelet that was bought to wear all the time fell off and luckily I found it .Had it on again and lost it for good isn’t jewellery meant to be worn. I just work in an office.. Do not buy there anymore
