I absolutely love the office team Carolyn, Yennette, and Wendy are amazing! They’ve always worked with me and responded quickly whenever I needed something. I don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience has been great, especially being a second-chance renter. I haven’t had any issues at all. Everyone’s experience is different, but for me, the staff has been nothing but helpful and kind.

I moved in here and my bedroom carpet was infested with fleas. I complained to the office that pest control needed to come fix this issue asap, they informed me since that Monday fell on a holiday that I would have to wait one whole week for pest control to come out. Mind you, I have a 1 year old child. Also according to the handbook, they will credit me everyday that pest control doesn't come out to handle the issue, they only offered me $100 credit after having to beg for some type of credit.
