Maintenance repairs are always did in great timing even on Sundays.
Royal dump. Clogged sewer system they refuse to address. Outdated plumbing. They talk up their "amenities" which are the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig. Entire complex is lit up with prison type lighting. And what was once a life of quiet living has turned into a policemen's playground.
A very nice and peaceful place to live. The people in the leasing office are awesome. The grounds here are kept exceptionally well. I enjoy living here!
It's basically a good and inexpensive place to live. The staff and maintenance are awesome. The only problem is they need wheelchair ramps and some tenents have a bunch of stuff on their patios other than patio furniture. Also there are car repairs that could be necessary but some are extensive and makes some areas look bad. Also pool area could use and uplift
