We combine food production and sale with workshops, unique accommodation and community events. THE Hungry Spirit has been evolving since 2004 and the ‘space’ it occupies, began life as a multi-award winning outback restaurant called Dig In which was opened by Rebel Black & Michael Matson in 2003.

Went out for lunch while in Lightning Ridge . Fantastic service , food and a great spot to sit and eat.
Authentic and delicious Thai food, with friendly and quick service. Some of the best Thai food I've had (had the satai chicken skewers and chicken red curry). Highly recommend
