I came to The Hummingbird Centre after being discharged by a psychologist who told me they weren’t trained in trauma and couldn’t ethically treat what they believed was c-PTSD. In counselling my child, Dr (redacted) reported allegations of abuse perpetrated by myself towards my child which eventually resulted in custody being removed by the Federal Circuit Court. During several meetings with Dr (redacted) it was evident she didn't want to hear what I had to say or show common decency or respect.
