Booked for Traditional mani/pedi, start by only receiving email notice while at reception. Service was poor. Started with mani, when it is usually pedi 1st to allow for drying time. Pedi: did not clean under nails; only callus removal was on soles. Had to ask for small toes to be done, no heels. Did quick application of cream. Mani: never cleaned under nails; polish too thick. They will have their favourites and you will not get fair treatment which is crucial for you to pass the tests since they have practicum and teachers are the sole to decide you scores. I swill suggest to stay AWAY save your money and time.
