Been here 3 times during 2025-2026. Students are great. Only reason it’s not 4 stars it’s because I don’t like the dry pedicure style but that nothing to do with the student who completed the treatment. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted here twice and it was great. As well as a skin consultation. All the reviews saying that they’ve had problems with the treatments need to remember that these treatments are completed by STUDENTS. Which is why the prices are extremely cheap. While I was waiting for my appointment I could see how involved and caring the professors were in student learning. I had Mavis for a pedicure and she was very sweet, with good professional conduct, and focused on learning. By coming here; don’t expect an experienced professional — the whole point is in exchange for a low price, the students learn with you! The spa is very clean and organized.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Humber Spa. As a Muslim, I made it very clear when booking that I cannot receive a massage from a male therapist due to religious reasons. Despite explaining this multiple times to the instructor and staff, I was told they “can’t have a female for me.” I politely repeated my request several times, yet they showed no empathy or willingness to accommodate or even find a respectful alternative. People got infected They don't have clean towels They didn't teach us to clean the steamer in beginning of the classes It had so much dust inside of it
