Today, I had a classic facial with a mask done , and the student I was paired with Aliya was incredibly skilled, polite, confident ,and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her because she goes above and beyond. I had clear, glowing skin after the treatment, which was really relaxing! and the staff at Humber's Spa are likewise excellent. Overall, I strongly recommend this location.
I got an express facial at the Humber Spa on my lunch break and had a positive experience. The student I was paired with made me feel relaxed and conducted a thorough consultation. I could tell she really tried her best! Other times, others have seemingly lacked confidence, but that simply comes with the territory that they are learning. The Humber instructors/program management pop in from time to time to give students advice during procedues and on the register when purchasing product, which is great.
Been here 3 times during 2025-2026. Students are great. Only reason it’s not 4 stars it’s because I don’t like the dry pedicure style but that nothing to do with the student who completed the treatment. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted here twice and it was great. As well as a skin consultation. All the reviews saying that they’ve had problems with the treatments need to remember that these treatments are completed by STUDENTS. Which is why the prices are extremely cheap.
