I love these ladies. Margaret is especially wonderful and is the only trainer in Austin I found that understands positive reinforcement for German Shepherds. In one lesson/assessment she completely solved the problem my GSD puppy had with biting. We work as a team, and Violet gets 'paid' when she does the right thing. Violet is a happy girl knowing clearly what I want from her. She gets 'paid' with a treat, toy, or play time every time she cooperates..sometimes she just wants a belly rub!
