Absolutely recommend Jody! She takes the time to listen, assess your pain and body, and genuinely cares about your overall well being. Jody provides a welcoming and comfortable space that instantly puts me at ease. She does a wonderful job explaining what she does and utilizes excellent pressure with her strong hands. Overall, Jody is a top rate massage therapist and a lovely person! I see her every two weeks and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Jody is a fabulous massage therapist. I lift weights twice a week and was having pain and tightness in my upper back and the back of my neck. Jody is a magician when it comes massage therapy. My back pain has improved tremendously only after a couple treatments. I highly recommend Jody. She is the best and you won’t regret it!
