Update: this is actually my third review, it went from four stars to one star, back to four stars. My favorite thing about these apartments is the connected garage! I want people to realize though, my last issue was with smokers. That's the reason my review went down the first time, because the walls are close enough that even if you spray air fresheners, if you smoke- people will smell it! Great location but the ability to use the amenities you pay for is few and far between. The gates have not worked in at least 6 months, so the parking and the pool is a free for all. This leads to the pool being damaged and then closed for a few days, then repeat the cycle. The free workouts for the gym often don’t work, not sure why. If you’re able to access the room with the printer, it’s often jammed. I would like to share my experience in hopes it can prevent this from occurring to anyone else. I was a resident at the Hudson from June 2025-June 2026. The day before I moved out I called the front office to confirm how long I had to move my stuff the following day. They said 5:30 p.m. The next morning I arrive to find all of my belongings in trash bags. I’ve been living here going on a year and regret renewing my lease. Let’s talk about the good things first. Great location off of West Adams. Their units are nice and modern. And their pool is very big and has a lot of seating. Now for the issues. Moving in, I noticed a lot of stuff messed up with my brand new unit. It’s like they rushed getting it ready.
