I’m giving this property one star, but I want to be clear that the community office staff is amazing. They genuinely care about residents and will do their best to clarify any misunderstandings. They’ve been the only part of this experience that felt supportive and responsive. That said, the water charges are completely unreasonable. Paying close to $300 for water in a 2-bedroom apartment is outrageous and makes no sense. Maintenance has also been concerning. The complex looks nice and is in a good location, unfortunately looks aren't everything. There seems to be ongoing construction and residents have nothing but complaints especially about maintenance. I would pass on the place if I were you.
Just when we feel like we finally know who’s in the leasing office, this morning we walk in and see yet another new employee 🤔and Serena is no longer with the company. The constant turnover here is very concerning. It really makes you wonder what’s going on behind the scenes. If this company treats their employees in a way that leads to them being fired or quitting so frequently, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in how residents are treated either.
Maintenance is a joke ! The guy will tell me he will be right back and never show up unless I call the office to ask about his whereabouts. Office ladies are apologetic. My question is do they actually hold this guy accountable? Neighbors talk and I ain’t the only one with this problem. Hire people who know what they are doing!!!
Dissatisfied with how maintenance repairs are handled . They get to you when they feel like and if they remember to come back to fix the problem a month later you’re in luck
