I’ve been living here going on a year and regret renewing my lease. Let’s talk about the good things first. Great location off of West Adams. Their units are nice and modern. And their pool is very big and has a lot of seating. Now for the issues. Moving in, I noticed a lot of stuff messed up with my brand new unit. It’s like they rushed getting it ready. I’ve deleted previous less gracious reviews in hopes things would improve - they haven’t. So here I am again. Could be a nice property but there is absolute refusal to hold tenants accountable - this goes across the constantly changing office staff (which indicates a much larger problem with the overall company in my opinion.) The resolution to issues is to email blast residents and close access to amenities. I had to change my review from 4 stars to one star because the situation with smoking from my neighbor has not been handled. My health continues to decline as I have a severe allergy an asthma. It's having long-term, permanent health consequences. I have given multiple notices to the office, with documented data, and tried to contact them by phone and email with no response. I’ve had such a great experience living here so far. The apartments are spacious, and the community is very peaceful. The location is fantastic and a short drive from a lot of things in the area. If you’re looking for apartments in Temple, TX, I would recommend adding this community to your list to check out!
