I want to give prospective tenants the informed consent I did not get, even though I expressly asked about how management handles environmental hazards like mold. We toured The Hudson in May 2026 and ended up moving in the following month. Manuel Ruiz, our leasing agent, made the entire process smooth and stress free from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and always took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. He made us feel welcome from day one, and we're grateful for how easy he made the leasing experience. We highly recommend working with Manuel if you're considering The Hudson.
We didn't end up renting at The Hudson, but I still wanted to leave a review because Manny Ruiz deserves it. He showed my family around more than once, never rushed us, and answered every little question we had with patience and a real smile.
