We are very happy here at the Hudson. Hayley in the Leasing office saved us when we walked in the door after losing our home in the Eaton Fire on 1/7/25. Hayley helped us, and the Hudson welcomed us. For this, we are forever grateful!!!
I lived at The Hudson for about 2 years and initially had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, the grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was generally responsive to maintenance requests. I genuinely loved living here and had planned to renew my lease - until a recent incident completely changed my perspective. Following the recent wildfire, our unit sustained smoke damage that made it uninhabitable, particularly affecting our clothes dryer and all fabric items in the apartment. Just went on my second view and the leasing agent explained to me that they have no parking spaces for the apartments and they have a waiting list. He also told me I could park my car at target over night if I needed a space. This place is full of crap.
very nice！ Love the view! The managers are very friendly. The only thing that not convenience is I don’t have the parking space. Otherwise everything is perfect.
I have been living at The Hudson for a little over one month now and am enjoying it. Carlos who is part of the maintenance team is amazing! He is so quick to respond and incredibly efficient. Whenever I need help with an issue, I know I’ll be able to rely on him.
