We had a wonderful experience touring The Hudson with Manuel. He was incredibly professional, warm, and very detailed throughout the entire tour. Manuel patiently showed us all the amenities and different units, and he explained everything clearly. You can really tell he cares about helping people find the right home. We had a short timeline to secure an apartment and were lucky to work with Manny Ruiz in the Leasing Office. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Our situation wasn’t completely straightforward, but he handled everything with patience and a real “can-do” attitude. Thanks to Manny, the process of leasing an apartment at the Hudson has been a really positive one!
this is a really remarkable living experience. the facility is well kept up, and the team that runs the leasing office and the maintenance team are stellar. I know it's owned by a large property management firm (greystar) but you would never know it from the onsite experience, which is incredibly personal and gives a real sense of community. The place is clean, modern, and kept. The gym is also clean. I like the room layouts and the kitchen design. Lots of cabinet space. The leasing manager, Mani, was so helpful, clear, communicative, and friendly. He did everything he could to find the right unit that would work best for me. I recommend checking the place out .
