I’m writing this review not out of frustration, but genuine concern for future residents. This property has shown a consistent pattern of dismissing resident concerns, operating with a shocking lack of professionalism, and creating an overall hostile environment for anyone who dares to ask for basic maintenance or accountability. I have been a resident of this apartment since 2019, and I’ve noticed that the safety issues have progressively worsened over the years. Starting last year, I began experiencing package theft—some of the packages were even found ripped open. However, what happened yesterday was especially unacceptable and disappointing: my dolly was stolen from the gated garage. This is a serious breach of security, and I urge management to address this issue as a priority.
Let’s me start with I applied of a unit and was denied, I have no negative feelings towards the denial. However my security deposit which was not cheap was never returned in a timely manner nor did I get any email or updates about the return, it wasn’t until I had to formally notify them to take them to small claims courts did I get a response. We are very happy here at the Hudson. Hayley in the Leasing office saved us when we walked in the door after losing our home in the Eaton Fire on 1/7/25. Hayley helped us, and the Hudson welcomed us. For this, we are forever grateful!!!
