Fantastic community! Hudson Pasadena is like a dream! Facilities are very luxury. Manuel in the leasing office was super polite and professional and went over the specifics details very carefully to fully understand all the process to move in. Thanks a lot!
We toured The Hudson in May 2026 and ended up moving in the following month. Manuel Ruiz, our leasing agent, made the entire process smooth and stress free from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and always took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. He made us feel welcome from day one, and we're grateful for how easy he made the leasing experience. We highly recommend working with Manuel if you're considering The Hudson.
We didn't end up renting at The Hudson, but I still wanted to leave a review because Manny Ruiz deserves it. He showed my family around more than once, never rushed us, and answered every little question we had with patience and a real smile. Even after it became clear we were leaning another way, he kept following up kindly and kept us in the loop on what was opening up. No pressure, no sales games, just a genuinely good person doing his job well. If you tour here, ask for him
