Absolutely NIGHTMARE of a Living Situation! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars. Living here has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let's start with the fact that we have had NO HEAT for months. In New York! It's been absolutely freezing, and despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done. My move in was smooth and easy. I was surprised how quick and easy the leasing office was able to find me a suite and room during my emergency situation. The leasing office is very helpful and attentive to your needs as long as you stay in and touch and reach out to them as well, you wont have any problems!
