I had a really positive experience with Stephany. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, supported, and comfortable. She was quick to help, offered great advice, and made everything feel so much easier. Stephany is the kind of person who makes residents feel welcomed, valued, and at home, and I really appreciate all of her help
Not a good place to sign a lease. They have no sense of urgency when their residents need help and the employees are comfortable with telling you lies/ misinformation without actually solving issues. They will lie and tell you they are being honest but they do not provide their residents with exact usage evidence when you ask about electricity bills.
Very disappointing experience with the management. Communication is extremely poor, and getting even a simple issue resolved takes an unreasonable amount of time. I’ve had to follow up repeatedly just to get a response, and there seems to be very little follow-through. Definitely frustrating and not the level of service I expected.
I lived here for two years (2024-2026), I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone tbh, way to many inconsistencies & to many times they tried to get over/take advantage
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management absolutely sucked because they weren't helpful. They act like rent will be cheap the whole year but then added all of these BS charges and don't explain why. They also wouldn't charge us for certain electric bills for months, then drop it all on us in one month with fake usage and expect us to have that money right then. I'm a college student and don't have time to deal with stupid electric bill problems because the management sucks and can't keep track of the right charges. Then when I asked... read more
