This apartment building has so far been a disaster. If I had a time machine to stop my roommates and I from signing it I would. Take this review and the many others with similar experiences as a warning that you will have the worst most possible experience here. 1. Apartment was nice but the complex was a pain to work with. It’s like a piece of poop wrapped in gold foil. Dryer was broke put in 3 work orders for them to come fix it and it was never fixed. Our boiler room flooded the apartment 2 times in 3 days, the second being after they “fixed it the first time”. Heat works somewhat during the winter and the new trash system where they have to collect your trash between the hours of 5-9 pm is sold because if you leave the garbage can out overnight they fine you even though no one aske... read more

I never initially intended to give a review, but I would respectfully give zero stars if I could. I was a resident of this building for two years, and it was mostly fine. Every so often, a problem would come up - an outlet would stop working, the HVAC would go out, my refrigerator would stop working, and the like. But the maintenance staff - especially Jahron (I doubt I spelled that right) always quickly worked to get it fixed. I lived in the Hudson Albany Apartments until July 31st. On August 20 I received my check out checklist and it stated I would receive a refund of $299.33. I waited multiple weeks for my funds ,and spoke to multiple of your staff saying that my security deposit was on its way. On September 10th, I was informed on the resident portal that I now owed $1300.67.
