Loud neighbors who will keep loud music on until very late at night & with LOTS of rude children who make the property dirty with trash, throw rocks at the cars, they WILL harass and assult you and your loved ones with rocks and objects on you way in and out of you apartment. The apartments are so horrible , infested of roaches , and manager and that Alex the receptionist are rude and like gossip. Some carriers don't leave the packages at your door they just leave them where ever and get stolen. This is just an awful place to live in!! Hudson just wants the money they don't care about their residents.
Dirty, dated, bug infestations (bed bugs/gnats/roaches/etc), maintenance issues, ridiculous fees, illegal conduct, shootings. Move-in was last summer with broken swamp cooler, broken oven, both closet racks broken, and a loose toilet seat. Multiple maintenance tickets have been put in and marked as “complete” minutes later with no work done for all issues except for swamp cooler. I am a person who likes to look for solutions to situations that become in the day, but since I arrived at these apartments I have tried to be the most positive and optimistic person possible, because since the first day I arrived situations have presented which I have wanted to face with kindness, when I first arrived here the sink was damaged and I even had to wait two days for it to be fixed and I went to the office several times to talk to the assistant, an assistant who is remarkable that it bothers her that one is goin... read more
