My walk thru of the Husdon was very informative. The building was perfect. Well designed and has everything one could ever want.
Dog Fights. HORRIFIC management. Dogs have been attacked by a dog known to the building. It is so aggressive and violent, it’s owner is clearly never watching and unable to control it. Numerous times he has attacked other dogs in the building, multiple goldens, and yet management does nothing, even after seeing videos of the attacks. As soon as this dog enters, he attacks, yet the owner isn’t told to keep the dog out of the run. Wanted to share my experience. I toured with my friend who currently lives at The Hudson and thought management was great. My friend highly recommended it until his dog was bitten in the green space. He now has to look elsewhere to relieve his dog because of how unsafe the environment is and walk to a nearby park. I have two dogs so will be renting elsewhere. Other than the pet owners I think most enjoy their experience, but given the price I shouldn’t be made to avoid amenities that are for everyone.
Was looking into renting at The Hudson last year, however there wasnt any availability. Even though we werent able to get an apartment last year, Cassandra's willingness to try to make it work was so amazing, that we came back to rent at the Hudson this year. The Hudson is a great building with great amenities, made even greater by Cassandra's assistance and the rest of the great team including the concierge staff.
