My wife and I love living here. The amenities are fabulous, the staff are all very responsive, helpful and kind, the service has been excellent and the stay has been very comfortable. We particularly appreciate Cassandra's strong support and responsiveness everytime we had questions or nedded help. The community here seems very kind and polite, and we are having a very peaceful and lovely time in our home. I lived in the Hudson for a little over a year. It was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The building is clean. The staff is super, super responsive. Maintenance issues are fixed same day in the cases I had. Initial leasing with Cassandra was great. Parking is good (assuming you pay for a spot). Amenities are nice (although I didn’t personally use them much). Door staff are great. Move-out related cost options are spelled out clearly ahead of time. I really hate to bring this up, but ever since Amir (the Maintenance Supervisor) left Hudson, it feels like the building has started to decline. Over the past week, I've had several issues in my unit, and work orders aren't being completed like they used to. I've been here for six years, and the quality of service has really gone downhill.
Nico was fantastic - especially coming in on a Saturday and from a different building! What a guy!
We have to update our review now that we have moved out. And it echoes all of the negative reviews. THE HUDSON IS NOT WORTH THE EXTRA, UNJUSTIFIED COSTS TO LIVE HERE. The extra cost comes in the form of erroneous move out fees. Please read all the reviews carefully to understand that even if your apartment is in great condition, you have paid for cleaners, and also put in a lot of time and effort to thoroughly scrub the entire place yourself, you will still get charged ridiculous fees that are false and petty.
