Was looking into renting at The Hudson last year, however there wasnt any availability. Even though we werent able to get an apartment last year, Cassandra's willingness to try to make it work was so amazing, that we came back to rent at the Hudson this year. The Hudson is a great building with great amenities, made even greater by Cassandra's assistance and the rest of the great team including the concierge staff.
We’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Hudson! From the very beginning, the move-in process was seamless and stress-free. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the common areas are consistently spotless and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights has been the staff. ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! DOG FIGHTS!!!! Management allows this!! HORRIFIC management. My dog has been attacked by Cooper, a black and white dog whose owner is clearly incapacitated and on drugs. Numerous times he has attacked other dog in the building, multiple goldens, and yet management does nothing, even after seeing videos of the attacks. As soon as Cooper enters, he attacks. Yet the owner isn’t told to keep the dog out of the run. It’s been years of begging for help and yet nothing happens. If you own a dog, do not rent here. ... read more
Cassandra was amazing! She answered all of my questions and made the process so much easier. I’m moving from out of state, and she was incredibly welcoming to both me and my boyfriend. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her!
