made an appointment to view an apartment and the next day they up'd the price (you can only keep the price you sign with) so it already seemed kinda scam-ey but I still went to go to the tour appointment but they canceled twenty minutes before the appointment... so scam-ey at worse and incompetent at best
I moved into this apartment because the rent was cheap and the public transit is better downtown. Deciding to move in was honestly the worst decision I have ever made. The management is rude, hard to contact, and straight up doesn’t care about what’s going on with their property. I fell behind on rent a couple times because I was already struggling financially. I scheduled a tour for 3pm, called at 3:15 when no one showed up. Left a voicemail and was met an hour later with a automated message telling me that all the units have been rented out. Absolute time waster from property.
