We had an appointment scheduled for a bike drop-off, but no one was there to meet us. The door was locked. We called, and there was no answer.

I had a problem with my bike Lectric not turn on. The Hub helped me out with finding electrical problem with very short time. It really helped me.
The guy in store is very helpful, even of they don't have the parts, they will try to get you on the road the best way possible so you can make it to wherever you go.
The Hub saved me when I had a flat tire on the Queensboro Bridge. Like a 15 minute walk from the top of the bridge. It’s a little hard to find, tucked in an industrial building with no sign. Very nice quick service. Saved the day.
