Coach Deron at the Hub is a phenomenal coach and motivator! He knows what he is talking about but does not come off intimidating! Encouraging and all around awesome guy, inclusive and kind to all.

Gym has changed and not the same been coming for 3 years. They lost some good coaches and the up keep is terrible. Trash cans are always full never empty! They never have paper towels or sanitizer. Floor is dirty and it always hot ac quits working. Better off going to another gym. It’s the truth. have lost members cause of this
