Check this place out. The equipment is different than any where else. Great for any level. Just starting to workout? Perfect, the trainers are so knowledgeable, helpful, and will help you setup a solid foundation. Looking for a challenge? Perfect, you will find one and become stronger and more mobile in the process. Facilities are clean, people are friendly, and the workouts are one of a kind. I highly recommend.
The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and focused on the clients' well-being and journey; one of their main concerns is proper technique, while achieving attainable goals. I certainly have never had a bad experience with any person on staff, and they want people to feel at ease; plus, it's all genuine- meaning none of the employees are fake.
