Requesting an urgent phone call from the practice Manager in relation to a potential breach of privacy by Lisa Kerlin. I had a private interaction, on my phone in my time as an individual with your clinic. It was absolutely not work related in any way shape or form. Receptionist’s are quite rude. They have very little PR skills, and are very unhelpful! They should have kept the old receptionist’s they were wonderful and friendly. 4/4/2025 Had an Telehealth appointment booked with a doctor to get much needed medication that I needed over the weekend for severe pain, appointment was at 4:45!!! Super friendly and supportive group, been going to them for years. Best in the area by far.
I was booked in for my annual skin check only to be told by the doctor that she didn't do skin checks because she didn't have the equipment required. Surely the reception staff know this ? What a waste of the Doctors time and a waste of my precious rec. leave waiting in a Doctors waiting room for absolutely nothing. I was still required to pay.
We've experienced this too many times: being called back for 'non-urgent results,' only to be told everything is fine. The visit lasts barely three minutes, yet we're charged the full fee! It's frustrating and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. Understood that they have HECS debts to pay off but $86 for THREE minutes work is excessive. I'll never go back.
