Just moved to the U.S. and dropped into The Hub today hoping for some local knowledge on the trails so I didn't get lost. Scott and his crew were awesome and the service was great! Scott even drove me down to the trail head and gave me a map. Great to find a shop that is invested in their local community and supports their customers! I'll be back for sure... yewwwwww!!!
Rolled into town early afternoon on a Friday for a ride on the Western Massachusetts Rail Trail on Saturday morning and found out my rim was cracked. Bummer. Called the team at the HUB to get some relief and they got me in the door, replaced my rims with some killer Giant SL1s, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. They saved the day and offered some great insights, too. Thanks Dave and team!

Great LBS! They've never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want or need. As a beginner they also take the time to give helpful advice. Amazing community involvement as well and that beats price or selection any day. Every employee is great whether you stop by for a quick water, tire pressure check, or new bike.
Originally tried them out because of a Living Social deal on a tune up and had heard good things from friends. I am nothing but impressed and pleased with the quality of knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced service I received. Even though it's out of my way living in Columbia, I WILL be back and spreading the word in HOCO!
Some bike shops can be intimidating for first time buyers, but not The Hub. Whether youre looking for a carbon fiber racing machine or a sweet beach cruiser with some killer chrome fenders, Scott has something for everyone. The whole staff will make you feel right at home, and their rates on labor are great too! Wish I could give them 6 stars :)
