I went in to get new rear derailuer for my ebike. That part was fine and decently priced, the person that serviced me however asked if I would like my brakes adjusted as well ( the handles not the pads) to which I agreed. The handles were pointed nearly at a 75 degree angle downwards, enough to cause strain if you attempted to use them. However that was not the only gripe, no use in making this review if it was. I came in looking for advice on winter biking, one of the employees gave me misguided advice and I went ahead and purchased tires that I did not need at the time. When I later found out that the tires I was hoping to get on my bike would work, the hub was quick to acknowledge the mistake and offered to install the new tire for free as well as adjust my brakes. Every business makes mistakes, but only the great ones respond with the best customer service.
