Had an appalling experience with the shop today. I work at a nearby hotel and my wife dropped me off for work. As I was getting out of the car, one of the staff (pictured) decided he didn’t like the dropoff location maybe 15 feet away from where he was washing bikes and decided to use the bike wash hose to spray my wife’s car and tell her to get out. Awesome bike shop!
The Bike Shop was great. We needed axle grease he didn't have any in stock so he actually pulled some out from his own inventory and gave it to us to get us on the trail. He also gave us a lot of information about local trails and I was extremely nice
Came through town on a bike tour with a failing bottom bracket and were very helpful in sourcing a new one.
Fantastic customer service and mechanics! Matt and the boys in the shop diagnosed issues no other shop did, and they went over and above getting my bike back in excellent condition. Friendly group there, and chill vibe. Thanks much! Millie
