The Hub is very simply outstanding. Pedar and Cary could not have been more professional, cordial and just plain nice - great mix. They worked to find my hard-to-fit 5 foot wife an appropriate bike. Incidentally, while I am easier to fit, my new Transition is perfect. I just cannot imagine a better bike shop. If you are in or around the greater Jackson area looking for a bike and want the best shop with the best service, go to The Hub.
I was in a predicament after having to cut my GDMBR trip short. Colton from the Hub came through and helped me out by allowing me a bike box and then letting me use their space in order to pack my bike box. The level of customer care, was unmatched, and all the while he was enthusiastic and knowledgable. Honestly, this is what you want from a local bike shop. When you’re in a pinch, they come through, shops like these are the reason I shop locally, and always will. Thanks Colton.
These guys are awesome! They got my bike repaired and back on the trails in less than two days, which was huge since I am only in town for a few weeks. The service was fast, good pricing, and the quality of the work was excellent. It's clear they care about their customers and getting riders back out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend The Hub!
Fantastic experience with Hub Bicycles. I’m in town for vacation and needed to rent a bike to get some miles in. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. When realizing they didn’t have the pedals I needed for the rental bike, Peyton (not sure if that’s how he spells it) offered to come in 90 minutes prior to opening to meet me so I could keep my schedule the next day. Great service and knowledgeable people. Great bike shop.
Had an appalling experience with the shop today. I work at a nearby hotel and my wife dropped me off for work. As I was getting out of the car, one of the staff (pictured) decided he didn’t like the dropoff location maybe 15 feet away from where he was washing bikes and decided to use the bike wash hose to spray my wife’s car and tell her to get out.
