The Bike Shop was great. We needed axle grease he didn't have any in stock so he actually pulled some out from his own inventory and gave it to us to get us on the trail. He also gave us a lot of information about local trails and I was extremely nice
Came through town on a bike tour with a failing bottom bracket and were very helpful in sourcing a new one.

Dropped my bike off for an Annual Service tune-up and received courteous, timely, and professional assistance via Matt during drop-off and Hal upon pick-up. They also gave me a follow-up call during service to ask if there were any additional issues I would like to have addressed, which further exemplified the care they give to each of their customers that walk in the door. Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!
