I've been bringing my bikes here for three years and have never been unhappy with their service.
I stopped in with just a day in Jackson on a cross-country bike packing trip. The guys at The Hub fit me in their busy schedule for a bike check. Nice to have expert eyes look things over!
The Hub is very simply outstanding. Pedar and Cary could not have been more professional, cordial and just plain nice - great mix. They worked to find my hard-to-fit 5 foot wife an appropriate bike. Incidentally, while I am easier to fit, my new Transition is perfect. I just cannot imagine a better bike shop. If you are in or around the greater Jackson area looking for a bike and want the best shop with the best service, go to The Hub.
I was in a predicament after having to cut my GDMBR trip short. Colton from the Hub came through and helped me out by allowing me a bike box and then letting me use their space in order to pack my bike box. The level of customer care, was unmatched, and all the while he was enthusiastic and knowledgable. Honestly, this is what you want from a local bike shop. When you’re in a pinch, they come through, shops like these are the reason I shop locally, and always will. Thanks Colton.
