1 Star Don’t bother. Unprofessional. Basically wanted to talk to the owner (Andy) about a purchase and he had zero desire to come speak with me. I was simply told he was too busy to come speak to me. Nothing like, ‘he’s tied up at the moment do you mind waiting for a few minutes?’ Just ‘he’s too busy.’ If you’re looking for a bike in the San Marcos area you’re better off going to Pedal Power. RecommendedI have gone to The Hub many times in my years in San Marvelous and they have always treated me well and with respect. As a woman, this is important since I have had many a dimissive interaction at bike shops and the like. Not here. All love! All respect! You've got my biz for as long as I live in this amazing town!
Bought my bike back in 2007, and 12 years later I'm still on the same frame! I've taken it in a few times, and every time it rides like new. Thanks Andy, Alex, and your whole team for keeping me on two wheels all this time!

Prices are great and atmospher was calm and chill. Techs were very detailed in the quality of work performed.
Three buddies and I were passing through San Marcos and stopped at the Hub to have a spoke added. The team was awesome. Great service, bike knowledge, and they made sure we had what we needed for the remaining 50 mile trip home. So, if you are in town for a ride or live there these guys are GREAT!
Andy, the owner, is a great guy and a wealth of info on Mountain Biking!
Bought a Salsa Timberjack from here. All the guys in this place are great! I'll definitely be buying another bike soon! Keep it up guys!
