I can’t say I’ve been treated fairly under PCCS. Took me forever to wait on joining up with you!!! Then two people later still haven’t been able to help!!! Not to mention I’ve been speaking to Aimee Rose through email and phone. They work public service hours. They're inclidly to call just b/4 closing hours and you can't txt or call back. I'm going back to the natiiomal body which referred - not to complain but - to prevent others needing help 24/7 not to be hurt. Hopeless!;
