If I could give this agency NO stars, that would be ideal and also not do it justice. I worked for The Source as a contractor for 10 months and had the most horrible experience with both the recruiter and Human Resources departments. I was told suddenly, with no notice, no performance review and no hope that my contract ended the same day, abruptly out of nowhere with their client.
