We have been here several times and the hotel is really cool. Never stayed there. They have a speakeasy in the basement and the bar when you walk in is amazing. The drinks are tasty. The prices are comparable to downtown Chicago! The main lobby bar makes a good dirty martini.

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. Unless of course you like sleeping in train stations. There is an elevated subway line running literally next to the rooms and you will not sleep at all as the trains go all night. the room literally shakes. It would be one thing if it was cheap. But to pay a luxury hotel price and not be able to sleep is insane.

I thought this was a beautiful hotel with a lot to do! I loved the restaurant options and the coffee bar. The roof top had an amazing view and the bar was fun at night! The hotel was within walking distance to a lot of shops and other fun things to look ar. All of my interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly! I would love to come back and visit again!
