My experience at The Howell was truly wonderful. I lived here for almost three years and the doormen and building service were always extremely kind and welcoming. Carlton and Johnny always took great care of the tenants and were super helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Recently moved into The Howell, and the experience has been nothing but flawless. The administrative staff was prompt and detailed in organizing the move-in logistics to assure there were no hiccups in that process. The superintendent, Nick, has gone above and beyond with helping me setup my apartment to my liking — he responds nearly instantly to all questions and is always willing to help with any of my asks. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind, and always helpful. They keep the building safe and clean for tenants. Best staff in FiDi.
I’ve lived at The Howell for 3 years and have had a fantastic experience. Superintendent Nick is always responsive and helpful, the concierge staff (everyone!) are all fantastic, and management has been accommodating whenever I’ve had requests. I stayed in a furnished apartment, which is hard to find in the city and was convenient for my situation with a great location in the financial district.
