This review is specifically for the building superintendent Kreshnik Murataj (Nick) - I lived here for a year and he is a really great super. Very fast text/phone communication and maintenance turnaround. He even takes the extra effort to put on shoe covers before he enters the apartment
The space that I rented served me well. My only complain is the stove, but other than that I was quite happy. The building is fantastic! Lobby is bright and stylish, and all of the staff are extremely personable, helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. I recommend if you are looking for something small and luxurious. :)
Everything’s always kept in great condition and the superintendent Nick is always very responsive and always helps with whatever residents need within an hour of asking, no matter how short notice. Front desk is also always helpful no matter how many guests I have or things I need to drop off with them.
Lived here for 1 year. Here is my full experience: The super & front desk staff are the absolute best. Nick, Johnny, Nicholas, Emanuel, Carlton are all incredible and have always been great to me throughout my stay here. Any maintenance issues were immediately resolved, and Nick is the best super you could have. Honestly the best thing about living in the building. Ever since moving in two months ago, we have been welcomed in and taken very good care of. Special shoutout to Carlton and Nik who always go the extra mile to make us feel at home and even help us with the little things like printing a document or locating a laundry trolley. Looking forward to our continued stay at The Howell!
