The Howell staff (Carlton, Johnny, maintenance) is truly amazing - all are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help out!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience, especially with the building staff. Carlton, Johnny, and Emmanuel have each helped me out on stressful days when I’ve forgotten my key, have an issue with a package, etc. All of the staff are helpful and make my experience better. I also appreciate that the studio feels almost like a one bedroom because of the large divider cabinet that fully blocks the bed from the view of the main living area.
Lived here for 2 years. Carlton, Johnny, and rest of the staff are wonderful! Nice building, package room, laundry in building. Very nice units.
The best part about the building isn’t the building or the apartments, but the staff that work here every day to make everything comfortable and run smoothly. A huge shout out to all of the staff including Carlton, Johnny, both Emmanuels, Nicholas and Nik!
The best apartment building I’ve ever lived in! Gorgeous unit and a truly wonderful staff - the team members are lovely and truly go above and beyond for the residents. I lived there for two years and cannot recommend this place enough!
