Great building in the financial district with warm and welcoming staff. Nick the super is incredible helpful, responsive and welcoming. I very much recommend it.

I lived in this building for 3 years and had a great experience from start to finish. The entire building is consistently kept immaculately clean and is very well-maintained. What truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone, from the doormen to the maintenance crew, is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Any time I had a maintenance request, it was handled promptly and efficiently. I always felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The Howell was a nice building to live in - I enjoyed my time there for one lease in one of their studios. It definitely felt more like a 1 bedroom than a studio because of the layout. Big shoutout to Kreshnik who was always super helpful. He made himself available even if it was at his own cost, which means a ton to a resident. He never failed to address any maintenance issues as quickly as he could - so I didn't go more than a day with a problem in my unit (ex. AC, electricity).
