Dealing with the loss of our mom was hard enough without having to deal with the other stressors-like selling her house. Jill Howe is absolutely the best agent to have working for you. Jill knew exactly what needed to be accomplished to get our home sold fast. Her rates where much lower than we’ve paid in the past, she took care of staging, a place to auction off extra unwanted items, she knew of decent movers, Jill even hooked us up with a plumber for a last minute repair before a showing. She by far didn’t just put a sign on the lawn and wait for the offers come in. It would be a pleasure to deal with Jill in the future
