I started the 42 Day HCG Diet 2 weeks and 1 day ago.....I'm down 18 lbs!!! This is the life changing thing that I have been looking for. I have followed the instructions giving to me by the great staff at the Howard Center and it's working. I have a good bit of weight to lose and have tried several diets and exercises.....didn't help me. With this diet there is no exercise. So yes I have lost 18 lbs in 15 days with no exercise and I feel great.
I started going August 3rd 2016 in my first month I lost 18 pounds. I drive from Albany every week for my B-12. I chose Howard Diet Center because they care about you. They help (educate) you with what you should and shouldn't do. They set me at a goal of how many pounds i should lose a month. I went over it of course my 1st month. They also set me on how many calories I can eat a day. They take time with me to make sure I understand everything. There are several places I could go in Albany.
