I don't know how this place has good reviews but. I have had nothing but trouble. I spoke with the counselor once I'd say maybe a year ago and afterwards I've waited for them to come online and they never showed up. Was given a new counselor. Same thing happened. Never got online. I gave up. Decided to try them again. I've been calling for a week and a half and they don't pick up return calls or even email back which I did that. Waste of time!!
