I’ve asked to get full panels and I’ve told them both times to test me for everything & called and make sure they have the test before I paid my copay. The last two times they have played in my face and didn’t even order the test but charged me a copay!!! When my original doctor retired around 2018/2019, I had trouble finding somewhere that I felt comfortable. Since my first appointment, the wonderful Nurses and Doctors have been friendly, polite, and have listened to all of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend the Howard Center!
I have always received excellent care at the Howard Center, and this visit was no different. I love the new facility and its location. The staff is so friendly and they are very thorough. They make you comfortable during what could be an awkward experience.
