Front office staff is rude.
Wanted to update my previous review. When Shelby and Courtney were still in the office, they were phenomenal. Now that the new team had taken over the Valdosta office, my experience has been the worst. Don't expect them to keep an appointment on time. The last official appointment I had, I waited 2 hours plus because nobody in the office can get their heads together. Don' expect any kind of concern when issues are brought up. Used to be a nice place, now its all went down hill. Rude staff, barely do there job. Won't listen But its valdosta what fo you expect. Nothing but bums for workers.
I love the staff and the fast and friendly service!
