recently stayed at the Houston for 2 nights and definitely gone down hill since new management has taken over, they have misleading information on their website about the rooms, they have removed the fresh milk and yogurt from the rooms as well as the rooms are supplied with lower quality towels and the rooms aren't serviced so you have to use the same towel for the duration of your stay. Great spot we used to spend the night. Locked up compound so car and bike were safe.

Room was very comfortable, we will definitely be back next time we are in Wagga. The Houston is just as you see in the photos, very neat and tidy.

I stayed 1 night before a surgery. They were more than accommodating when I was moved to an afternoon admission, got a few extra hours on my check out and nice supportive words to help me. Was in a ground floor suite, amazing facilities and old world charm, exactly what was needed. Many thanks and highly recommend.
