Nice place to stay. Apart from having issues checking in as I was not given a code beforehand, I had to call and sit waiting outside for about 15 mins.

Stayed here recently. Good location. Nice rooms with comfortable bed, coffee pad machine and basic kitchenette. Quiet. Off street parking although car park exit a little tricky and narrow. No staff onsite and limited support. Our wifi didn’t work and they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to fix it. One bedside lamp in our room was not working.

recently stayed at the Houston for 2 nights and definitely gone down hill since new management has taken over, they have misleading information on their website about the rooms, they have removed the fresh milk and yogurt from the rooms as well as the rooms are supplied with lower quality towels and the rooms aren't serviced so you have to use the same towel for the duration of your stay.
