I was selected for the Section 8 voucher program May,2024 after being on the list since 2011. Turned EVERYTHING in by May,2024. I foolishly believed I was at least going to hear something by now. Right now im in a very desperate situation I've called countless times NO ONE ANSWERS,sent emails on the site I got 1 reply saying the same thing I see they replied to each and every review. It's almost going on a year since my section 8 number came up and still haven't received a call to pick up my voucher yet I've been on the wait list for ten plus year so I was very excited when I received an email to do my intake. I just wanna know how much longer is the wait???...I tried sending messages through the online portal and calling no one has returned my call back or sent a reply back hopefully the state senator can help me with getting answers it's been years to get off the wait list never knew it's years to rece... read more

I have been attempting to reach the main office for the past two weeks now, but the phone line has consistently been unavailable. As a voucher holder, I have experienced a change in my income and have submitted a request for reasonable accommodation. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses to my emails, nor have I been able to connect via phone.
