I must start by saying that I am very happy with the way my house looks because of the painting done by Houseworx. The team did a great job. However, there were some "administrative issues" that bothered me and are the reason I did not give a higher rating. The team: 1) Showed up unannounced, and I was out of town; 2) Uprooted a well-established honeysuckle without talking to me first, and rendered its trellises unusable; 3) Was pulled off of my job for two days towards the end of the project, to work on another job; and 4) ... read more
Houseworx helped us finish our new house. Very professional and friendly beginning with the first call. CJ helped install appliances, vent hood, doorknobs, cabinet hardware, and bathroom hardware. CJ was excellent with communication and quality work. Francisco's crew help us with delicate no texture drywall repairs. Excellent communication and work. Great experience with Houseworx. I'd definitely use this company again!
JT Custom Homes has used Houseworx for their drywall services. They are very prompt on providing us estimates and are great to work with. Their quality is excellent, and they stand by their estimates
The only negative comment is that I would have liked to talk directly with a representative during the planning process. Most of it was done electronically…just a personal preference. The technician was prompt, worked hard, and did a great job painting my fence. I will likely work with them again.
