I went to look at a truck that I was seriously interested in buying, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with disrespect, as if they were doing me a favor instead of trying to earn my business. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect to be treated professionally and with courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
