I have purchased several of their chess sets and have been happy with them. But, I paid for an Informant subscription this year, and the second issue was published six weeks ago, but they have not sent it to me. I contacted customer service, and they claim they don't have it. They couldn't tell me when they would have it, or why they didn't have it. There's nothing negative I can say about the house of Staunton it's easy to order things online , over the phone and the quality of the material is beyond compare... their customer service is great and very patient... anything that is chess related without a hesitation I recommend House of Staunton
We bought a "Magnus Carlsen Signature Series Chess Set, Bag And Board Combination". It is a very good chess set including board quality, size and feeling, as well as very good chess pieces and accessories (double queens, high quality bag and branded pen). It is an excellent set for those that love chess. Customer attention was very good. Shipping to Mexico was possible and just in few days the package arrive to home without any issue. We fully recommend this business and the referred product!
