My first visit and many more to come. From my very first step inside everything was perfect i was greeted immediately with a smile and seated quickly during what appeared to be a rush hour for the restaurant they were quite busy which in my opinion is always a good sign! Really enjoyed our seafood boil at Rockin’ Cajun in Carson! The King Crab and Snow Crab were the highlights for us. Both were fresh, meaty, and full of flavor, especially with the Cajun sauce. We also got shrimp, crawfish, and mussels with corn and potatoes, and everything was delicious. The spice level was just right, and the portions were generous. Definitely a great spot in Carson for King Crab, Snow Crab, and a flavorful Cajun seafood boil!
Definitely one of the better spots in Carson for a seafood boil. The portions were generous, the seasoning was flavorful, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I especially liked the shrimp and crawfish.
The seafood here was fresh and full of flavor. We ordered the king crab legs with the Cajun lemon garlic butter sauce, and they were delicious. The ability to choose the spice level was a nice touch.
The Gumbo was flavorful and comforting, especially with the rice. It had a nice combination of ingredients and seasoning. I’d definitely come back for another bowl.
