Red Snapper yuk, still had the skin on and was huge chunks, cut on all variations, just wasn't appetizing. Corn on cob tasted like it was dipped in the Cajun dip. Waiter was nice even after I told her I ordered Snapper not catfish(I do not eat catfish).
Food is 🥵 hot great flavors just too hot
Our group had a wonderful time, and we were incredibly impressed by both the food and the service. The seafood was absolutely superb, and the entire meal was exceptionally tasty. The staff members were remarkably friendly and attentive throughout our visit. There was no wait too! The quality of the food and the overall experience made it well worth it.
Best seafood I've had in the area. Top quality. Definitely recommend giving the Rockin' Cajun in Carson a visit.
