Best hair salon ever
Cecilia was FANTASTIC! Can't say enough about the service, the quality and the value!
As a new customer, I was greeted at the door and assisted to be seated in a salon chair. Both Elida, the Hair Stylist, and Kim, the Manicurist, were very friendly. They provided excellent hair color, styling, manicure and pedicure services. An appointment is required, as these ladies are professionals, and have many clients. The House of Richard is closed on Sunday and Monday. I have set future appointments with both Elida and Kim. A Free parking lot is right outside the front door off of 2nd Avenue in Covina, California.
Great place to get the picture-perfect haircut. It's not cheap, it's not fast, but it is picture-perfect.
