Extemely heplful. I was burned by the inexperienced designer who wrote the the bad reveiw on this site and the house of printing took care of the problem. Great people!
Great products snd service! Sounds like this mishdogg girl is someone who doesn't have enough brains to realize something good when she sees it.
Basically: Slow turnaround time, Poor communication, and they charge clients for their own mistakes. I had a horrible experience with the House of Printing involving a simple 1-color business card job. They changed my PMS color without contacting me, I only found out once the job was done. They had to reprint everything, blowing my deadline, and they're still trying to pin the bill on me for their mistake.
