If I could give zero stars , I would. As a new customer, I found the stylist to be unwelcoming and visibly irritated when I asked questions. Upon entering the shop, she abruptly stated, "I don't have all day; I have a child at home," when she saw that I had six braids in my hair. I was instructed to take down my braids myself while she occupied herself on her phone. Since I’m not a hairstylist, that’s why I’m seeking professional help in the first place.
