I loved my hair so much when it was first done, but the top looked real old after 2 weeks. It shouldn’t look old after paying $260, and to have to 120$ extra to get 3 rows done is ridiculous .I have no issues with nothin else, they were very polite. Will I go back? No.
We started going to House of Braids after our previous braider suddenly became unreachable, and we are so glad we found this salon! Michelle has always been professional and responsive when setting up appointments, and she does a great job ensuring that appointments start on time. The salon itself is very clean, has WiFi available, and has a great overall vibe. Amazing amazing experience! I recently got my hair done by Ana (I have been here before , and had someone else do my hair other time) all visits have been great!
