I had such a good experience today with Dr Eliza and Vet tech Jess. My older cat is not great with transport and vets so it made a huge difference being able to have the visit in my home. They were both so lovely and explained everything clearly including next steps and any costs before we proceeded. Highly recommend to anyone who finds going into a vet clinic doesn't work with their pet.
couldn’t express how happy and grateful I am for every person I talked/interacted with when my cat was injured . From elana to romi , jaimi and my vet that took care of my boy I give a massive thanks too . I highly recommend their lovely support and service . Thank you again guys :))
We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to us by our at-home visit from Dr Suz and nurse Aleisha during such a difficult time. Our elderly dog took a sudden turn and we made the difficult decision to euthanise. The team took the time to clearly explain the process and never rushed us, allowing us to say goodbye to our beloved dog with dignity and peace in the comfort of her home.
These guys are absolutely fantastic! My cat Houdini is nearing 17 years old and can be stubborn and hard to treat. However he absolutely loves the Vets when they come to visit (Especially Dr Ilane ). The nurses and the office staff are also absolutely brilliant and always answer my over-anxious questions with compassion and respect.Ten out of ten for this place. I really can't recommend them enough.
