Highly recommend, very kind and empathetic service. My pup was unwell on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to review him less than two hours after I called. The team even climbed into the garden to see my sulky boy where he was hiding to review and treat him. I am so incredibly grateful for them - and he’s doing so much better!
I just wanted to say how wonderful the House Call Vet team are, they've looked after my elderly cats with so much compassion. I especially wanted to thank Dr Olivia for her kindness and care in making a very hard day, saying goodbye to my girl, as caring and easy as it could be.
These guys have been awesome over the years, but this last year especially it seems to be all about $$$$$ instead of actually caring about the animals, their owners and most importantly the owners financial position, tried to meet in the middle but got stonewalled by the vet so now it's time to look for another place to take my animals, the first warning sign was their script fees which are now more expensive than most other vets in brisbane.
