I just wanted to say how wonderful the House Call Vet team are, they've looked after my elderly cats with so much compassion. I especially wanted to thank Dr Olivia for her kindness and care in making a very hard day, saying goodbye to my girl, as caring and easy as it could be.
These guys have been awesome over the years, but this last year especially it seems to be all about $$$$$ instead of actually caring about the animals, their owners and most importantly the owners financial position, tried to meet in the middle but got stonewalled by the vet so now it's time to look for another place to take my animals, the first warning sign was their script fees which are now more expensive than most other vets in brisbane.
Excellent service - professional and pleasant. Highly recommend Dr Rhiannon and Nurse Donna.
The ladies that came to help my sick dog were wonderful and caring. They showed patience ane lots of love to my skittish dog..wonderful service and price was alot cheaper then i was expecting..
Back in early 2025, on the advice of a friend, I decided to use the services of The House Call Vet to have my cat's claws trimmed. The trim itself went fine but I was warned about my cat's weight, which I had been trying to address by reducing the amount I was feeding him. I regret to this day mentioning that he seemed to be slightly limping to which the vet immediately prescribed anti inflammatory medication.
